Lovely as a Tree in Shimmery White

Hi All!
Are you as crazy busy as I am trying to make cards for everyone?  Next year I'm starting in July and I don't mean maybe!!  My goal/theme was to have an all white Christmas.  (Silver and blue accents)...
I created this card with the "Lovely As a Tree" set from SU.  The background is our Silver Glimmer paper (wish you could see it in person it's amazing!) and the "white" is actually our Shimmery White Card Stock.  It's just stunning in person...this pic does not do it justice. I dry embossed it with my Big Shot and the Elegant lines Embossing Folder.  The trees are heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder and then I used the anywhere glue pen to add my favorite Dazzling Diamonds to the ends of the branches and the hills to make more sparkly snow!  Medium silver brads finish it off!
If you'd like to learn any of these techniques why not get the girls together and give me a call...I'd love to share what I do with you!
Sale-a-Bration starts 01/24/12...it's a great time to host a workshop!!!
Till next time~

For Jen and Jeremy (and Addison and Austin)

I thought I'd share this card I made for my co-worker, Jeremy and his wife.  Jeremy's wife just gave birth to two of the most adorable twins!!  I made this card to hold the gift card we all chipped in for them. (do you have any idea how many diapers twins use??)
I used Whisper White card stock for the base, and a combination of Bashful Blue and Pink Pirouette Card Stock for the insert.  A combination of embossing folders and the Stocking Builder Punch finished it off.  I didn't have a "twins" specific stamp set so I just used the Pink Pirouette Stamp-n-Write Marker to make my own...what do you think?

Stitched Stockings Stamp Camp

Hello again!  It's me the inky fingered babe!  Just wanted to let you know I'm still here but haven't had the time to post.  Last Saturday was Stamp Camp and we had a BLAST!!!  What better to do on a Saturday than spend it with a great group of ladies stampin the day away and munching on some amazing goodies??!!  Thanks a million to Rhonda and Rita for their coffee cakes and quiche! yummO!!
Can you believe I forgot my camera at home??  I did get some adorable shots with my phone that I posted on Facebook.  I will post some of the finished projects tomorrow for all to see.
I'm already planning my next All Occasions Stamp Camp in January and my Open House.  If you've wondered what this "stampin" thing is all about, keep watching for details!!  I'll be posting both events after Christmas...till next time

MDS what's it all about???

MDS or My Digital Studio is a program from Stampin Up that allows you to create digitally many, many projects!  I had a class on it this evening and with just a few basics I found it pretty easy to use...this is HUGE for those of you who know me.  I'm pretty computer illiterate, I still try to turn mine on by whispering "hey baby!" in a sultry voice!!
My director, Patty challenged us to each take what we had learned and to make a Halloween card.  This is what I came up with...
What do you think?
If you'd like more information on MDS or any other Stampin Up product please let me know, I'd love to share what I do with YOU!!
